• managing crowd safety in public safety,
• stewarding handbooks,
• safety at sports grounds,

1.11- outline how different spectator event policies and procedures may affect the stewards role.
some spectator events are more serious such as big football games you may have to search people this is a more serious job role and may need some training before hand.

1.12- outline why it is important for stewards to continue to develop themselves in their job role.
stewards need to develop their skills to keep up with changing rules or guidelines and to know how to use the correct procedures with the public.
